I am getting some more teeth in now! And I can almost run. I love squealing whenever I walk anywhere and mommy always says she knows when I'm coming.  I love talking on my princess phone and I'm learning a new dance move ;-)

 

I no longer need the support of someon'es hand. I can walk all around barely falling down.

 

I'm still trying to grasp the blowing a kiss thing.

 

14 months!!!! I am now waving bye-bye! And I am starting to blow kisses though I have not quite grasped the concept of it yet. I put my hand up to my mouth but have not realized that I have to pull it away too ;-)

 

I am getting very sturdy on my feet and can go a lot faster now when holding somones hand.

 

 

Well I am now 13 months and guess what? I am saying Momma now!!!!! Mommy is sooo excited she thought I would never say it!

 

I can now walk, although very wobbly with only holding one of mommy's hands insead of both of them.

 

I am starting to say Nana now :-)

 

I had my first trip to the zoo and I LOVED it!

 

And on October 31st I will be having my first halloween! Mommy is going to take me to a couple houses to trick or treat. Aunt Vicki bought me a monkey costume ;-)

 

I am weighing 19lbs now!

 

Whew!!!! I made it!!!! I am now 1 year old!!!!!!! I cannot believe that the big day is already here! Today mommy took me to get my one year photos taken and I got to have a little taste of a cupcake. Since I am still not fond of big people food I just enjoyed the icing.

 

- I now have 2 teeth at the top and my two bottom teeth are coming in!!!!!

 

- I am off my formula and am now enjoying Homoginized milk!!! And Lil' ones Yogurt they are soooo good!!!!!

 

- I am weighing 17.9lbs

 

I am so excited! My aunt Karen and cousin's Cody-Jack and Jewel are arriving tomorrow!!!!! And I am now 11 months!! Mommy has already sent out the invitations for my first birthday party!

 

Here is what I have accomplished so far this month

 

- I am now walking around the furniture. Thank goodness it is so sturdy for me to hold onto

 

- I am becoming more and more vocal and loud.

 

- I am getting a lot better at showing/verbalizing to mommy what I want even though I cannot really talk it out yet. Mommy knows what I want by my actions.

 

- I'm starting to really enjoy my quiet time and independant time in my crib by myself. Mommy puts in books for me and my favorite interactive toys and I enjoy plaing with them and looking at the books.

 

- I LOVE to dance! When my musical bee comes on and bounce around and shake my bum! Mommy cannot wait until she can put me in an actual dance class. She really wants to put me in ballet and since I stand on my top-toes and with some help walk on my tip toes I think it will work out just fine ;-)

 

Only 2 more months to go now!!!!! Mommy is busy planning! I am now 10 months old.

 

- I am starting to make new sounds when I babble

 

- I am really fast when I crawl now

 

- I am pulling myself up with the help of whatever object/furniture is around me. 

 

 

Here is a recap of what I've started doing this month :

 

-I am now pulling myself up to my feet when I am in my crib or playpen

 

-I can now clap my hands and actually MAKE NOISE!!!!

 

- I love it when mommy helps me walk

 

- I love making raspberries

 

Today I am 8 months old! Can you believe it?? Only 4 months to go until that very specail 1st birthday. Don't tell mommy but I heart some rumblings that it is going to be Tinkerbell themed.

 

I am now starting to pull myself up with I am in my playpen and crib. Mommy and nanny had to lower my crib matress because they were afraid that I would flip myself right over. Right now I can only pull myself up onto my knees but I'm working on getting up to feet.

 

I am also starting the crawling phase of my life. I can move backwards, soemtimes on my knees but mostly on my stomach doing kind of an inch worm type movement. Mommy says it is called creeping. I almost ended up under my bed one day.

 

I'm making a lot more new sounds these days and mommy is sure that when I finally start talking for real that she won't be able to get me to stop.

 

There is a lot of exciting things coming in the up coming months and I cannot wait!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have also perfected the art of rolling over and can hold myself up in the crawling position for about 5 or so seconds. I can hardly wait until I can actually move somewhere and make mommy work! ;-)

 

When on my tummy I try pulling myself up into the crawl position and have done it once, if only I can remember how I did it.

Can you believe that I am already 5 MONTHS!!! Mommy says I have to stop growing now.  Too bad we cannot stop time.

 

I am getting really good at sitting by myself and I love it when mommy lets me sit up on the couch like a big girl. She is always by my side of course.

 

I am starting to pull myself up into a sitting position. I cannot yet do it if I am laying flat but if I am up a bit I can pull myself right up.

 

I'm getting a better grasp on my bottle and I hope to be able to really hold it one day soon.

I am 4 months old and I love to talk and be talked to. I can go on for hours, of course I'm the only one who knows what I am saying but mommy and great nanny enjoy listening and talking to me just the same.

 

I am really good at holding things yet and I am working on getting a good grasp on that bottle (milk of course)

 

I am sitting up for longer periods now and my posture when sitting is a little more straight, but I really love to feel my feet and love it when mommy or great nanny hold me up so I can stand.

 

I got my first taste of cereal this month and I love it. Oat is the best! Mommy can not get it in my mouth fast enough.

 

I am fascenated by my feet and I kick them out and lift them up and watch and pull at my toes.

 

I love being read and sung too.

I am 3 months now and enjoy being held and love it when my mommy makes funny faces and voices at me. I am really starting to giggle and smile, real smiles, mommy knows for sure that they are just not gass ones anymore.

 

I am now sleeping through the night and love going for walks and drives.

 

I love sitting in my pink bouncer chair that aunt Shirley bought me.

 

I am now taking a full 6ozs in my bottle.

2 months old now and I am really starting to enjoy my surroundings. I am taking more in my bottles and starting to enjoy bath time a little bit more.

 

I'm smiling a bit but mommy does not know if they are real smiles or gassy ones but I do ;-)

 

I love being held.

Wow a month already! Time sure does fly.

Everything around me amazes me and I am just taking it all it. I am very alert and love hearing all the sounds around me.

 

I still sleep alot because naturally I am not sleeping through the nights yet but I am going on average about 5 hours.

 

I am supporting my head more day by day and am getting bigger day by day.

 

I change so much and so fast that mommy is affraid to blink incase she misses anything.

Today I was born. I cannot wait to explore all this big open space around me. There is so much to see and do and learn. It's all a bit overwhelming and scary. Thank goodness my mommy is always close by.
